Born, raised and trained in Cuba, trumpet player extraordinaire Alexis Baro has hot chops that have seen him as sideman for many top acts including Paquito D'rivera, Arturo Sandoval, Andrea Bocelli, Omara Portuondo, Robert Goulet, Paul Shaeffer, Paul Anka, David Foster, Baby Face, Wayne Newton, Michael Buble, Tom Jones and The Clash.

We are excited that Alexis is turning his considerable talents to composing both on his own and as the leader of his own band. His training in the classical idiom, and his deep roots in jazz and Latin music, make him versatile and unique with a long career ahead of him.
